Lunch Break 11:30AM

Main Event Tournament 12:00PM

Award Ceremony 3PM

Where: Oakhill Day School  7019 N Cherry St, Gladstone, MO 64118

Main Event: Sections: 3 Sections – K-3/K-6/K-12 

Main Event Onsite Registration and Check-In at 11AM. Must Check in by 11:30 to play 1st Round! All check- ins after 11:30 will be put into round two!
Rounds and Time Control: 4 Rounds G15. No Time Delay.
Round Times: 1st Round - 12 Noon

Eat Lunch anytime during the tournament: Concession Stand On-Site  

Award Ceremony: Approximately 3:00PM.

Entry Fee:

$25.00 per player registered online by Wednesday December 11th.

$35.00 (On Site.) Make checks out to The Kansas City Chess Club LLC.

Check-In & Registration at 8:30AM! Bughouse team must check in before 9AM to play Round One. Round one begins at 9:30.  Teams not checked in before 9AM will be put into round two.

Rounds: 3 Double Rounds (6 Games)

Time Control : G5

Cost: $20 per player by Wednesday December 11th. $25 Onsite (Only $10 if you play in the Main Tournament)

(If you do not have a bughouse partner, we will find you one!)

Awards: 1st- 3rd Place Trophies for K-3/K-6,and K-12 sections!
